Shipping policy

 

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, with a shipping cutoff time at 11:00 CEST/CET (Central European Summer Time/Central European Time).

• During Daylight Saving Time (from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October), we operate on CEST (UTC+2).

• Outside of Daylight Saving Time (from the last Sunday in October to the last Sunday in March), we operate on CET (UTC+1).

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after being placed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major Spanish National Holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you don’t receive this information, please reach out to us through the chat button on our website, and our wonderful team will be happy to assist you!

To ensure the quality of our handcrafted products, we do not ship during extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), as it may damage the items. If such weather conditions arise, we will hold your shipment and notify you by phone or email.
